Onyx Research products are packaged using specialized thermal shielding materials to preserve biochemical stability throughout transport. All packages are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging.
1. Processing Time
Standard order processing takes between 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship throughout the United States utilizing express carriers (USPS / FedEx / UPS). Shipping speeds and pricing options are calculated directly at checkout based on delivery region and selected service tier.
- Standard Express Shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days.
- Priority Overnight Shipping: Estimated 1 business day after dispatch.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address prior to order completion. Onyx Research is not liable for orders delivered incorrectly due to customer errors entered during checkout.
