3. Refunds and Returns Policy

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and statutory pharmaceutical guidance, our return policies strictly enforce product safety controls.

1. Medicinal Products Non-Returnable

Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for medicinal products or opened personal care goods once they have been dispatched from our pharmacy premises.

2. Non-Medicinal Items (14-Day Right to Cancel)

For unopened, sealed non-medicinal health items, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must remain in their original condition and sealed packaging.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email sales@expreschemist.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will promptly issue a replacement or full refund.
